Protection of human health and property as the first and highest priority of all underground pollution regulatory agencies, not just in words but specific enforced regulations.

Repeal of the Exploration and Production (E&P) Exemption, a law passed by Congress in the 1980s that exempted oil and gas drilling waste from classification as hazardous.

Repeal of any oil and gas industry exemption from water conservation regulations.

Greater accountability to the public regarding sources of underground pollution.

An end to rubber-stamp permitting of all classes of injection wells.

Realistic, deterrent penalties for underground polluters who cause harm to people, property or the environment.

Alternatives to underground toxic waste dumping.
